Booking Procedure

1. You have to book the tour with a deposit of 40% of the package cost.

2. The remaining full payment must be made after hotel check-in.

Child Policy

1. Children up to 5 years of age are free of cost.

2. Children between 5 to 8 years will be charged 50% of the adult cost (per head).

3. Children above 8 years and 1 month will be considered as adult and charged full cost.

4. Valid age proof of children must be submitted at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. 20% of package cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 60–120 days of the scheduled journey date.

2. 25% of package cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 30–59 days of the scheduled journey date.

3. 40% of package cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 10–29 days of the scheduled journey date.

4. 50% of package cost will be deducted if the tour is cancelled within 7–10 days of the scheduled journey date.

5. No refund will be given if the tour is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled journey date.

6. If any tour is cancelled due to Natural Calamity, Pandemic, Strike, Political Disturbance, or any unavoidable circumstances, the company will not be responsible, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
